This Privacy Policy describes how Multishoot Soft (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses,
and protects information in connection with the Flexi Expense Recorder Lite
mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use
of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with this
Policy, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
The App allows you to enter and manage various financial records, including:
- income and expense entries;
- group names and descriptions;
- categories, types, payment methods, places, and notes;
- dates, amounts, and currencies for each transaction.
All of this information (“Transaction Data”) is entered voluntarily by you.
You decide what information to store and you can edit or delete it at any time
from within the App.
1.2 Device and Usage Information
When you use the App, we may collect certain technical information, such as:
- device model, operating system version, and language;
- App version and basic performance data (e.g., crashes, general usage);
- anonymized identifiers used by third‑party services
(for example, advertising or subscription management SDKs).
This information is typically collected in an aggregated or anonymized form and
does not directly identify you.
1.3 Purchase and Subscription Information
When you make a purchase (subscription or lifetime plan), the transaction is
processed by the app store provider (e.g., Apple App Store). We do not receive
your full payment information (such as credit card numbers).
Through third‑party services like RevenueCat, we may receive:
- a unique user identifier generated by the app store or RevenueCat;
- information about your active or expired subscriptions;
- the type of plan purchased (e.g., monthly, annual, lifetime) and relevant dates.
This information is used solely to determine and manage your access to premium
features and to remove ads when applicable.
1.4 Advertising Information
In the free tier, the App may display ads served by third‑party ad networks such
as Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). These networks may collect certain
information automatically, including:
- device identifiers for advertising (e.g., IDFA or equivalent);
- approximate location derived from network or device settings (if enabled);
- information about the ads you view and interact with.
Collection and use of this information is governed by those third parties’
own privacy policies.

store and display your Transaction Data and compute summaries, reports, and
graphs based on your entries.
- To manage subscriptions and purchases
determine whether you have an active subscription or lifetime entitlement and
unlock premium features and remove ads where applicable.

respond to lawful requests and protect our rights, property, and the integrity

3. How and Where Data Is Stored
3.1 On‑Device Storage
Your Transaction Data is primarily stored locally on your device and, if
applicable, in your own system backups (such as iCloud or device backups you
configure). We do not routinely receive a copy of your detailed financial
entries on our own servers.
You are responsible for:
- keeping your device secure;
- implementing additional security measures such as device passcodes,
biometric locks, and encrypted backups where available;
- managing and deleting data from the App if you no longer wish to keep it.

These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy
policies and applicable data‑protection rules.

We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited information in the following situations:
