- TV Connection Data: We store TV device information (IP address, MAC address, device name, authentication tokens) locally on your device to enable reconnection to your TVs. This data never leaves your device.
- Favorite Channels and Apps: Your selected favorite channels and apps are stored locally in a database on your device.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
- App Usage Statistics: Basic anonymized usage metrics to understand feature popularity and improve the App.
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and compatibility purposes.
- Crash Reports: Anonymous crash logs to help us identify and fix technical issues.
1.3 Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services:
- RevenueCat: For managing in-app subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat may collect transaction-related data in accordance with their privacy policy.
- Google Mobile Ads: For displaying advertisements in the free version. Google may collect device identifiers and usage data per their privacy policy.
- OneSignal: For push notifications. OneSignal may collect device tokens and notification interaction data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the App's core functionality
- Process and manage your subscriptions
- Improve the App's performance and user experience
- Respond to your support requests
- Send push notifications about app updates and features (if you opt in)
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
3. Data Storage and Security
- Local Storage: TV connection data, favorites, and preferences are stored locally on your device using UserDefaults and SQLite databases.
- No Cloud Upload: We do not upload your TV connection credentials or viewing preferences to our servers.
- Security Measures: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the App. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share anonymized, aggregated data with:
- Service providers (e.g., RevenueCat, Google, OneSignal) who assist in app operation
- Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights
5. Your Choices and Rights
- Opt Out of Ads: Purchase a subscription to remove advertisements.
- Push Notifications: You can disable push notifications at any time in your device Settings.
- Delete Data: Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data. iCloud backup may retain data according to your iCloud settings.
- Subscription Management: Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID Account Settings.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
7. Advertising
The free version of the App displays advertisements through Google Mobile Ads. Google may use your device's advertising identifier to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalized ads in your device Settings.
8. Push Notifications
With your consent, we may send push notifications about app updates, new features, or promotional offers. You can opt out at any time through:
